Overview
A Regional property organsation is recruiting a Commercial Agent to join its team in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial surveyor to join a small, but expanding, commercial property team. It is an exciting time to join as the organisation is going through a rapid period of growth and opening more offices in Somerset and Gloucestershire The position includes a mix of interesting work comprising commercial sales/lettings and a variety of professional matters including valuation and landlord and tenant work. General practice experience and agency skills will be key to helping you be a success in this role. This is a unique opportunity to work with established brand with a strong client following in Bath and the surrounding areas.
