About the role As a marketplace for local services, you’ll be interacting with both service professionals and the customers that require their services. These services span a number of industries including education, tuition, wellness, music instruction, home improvement, photography, and much more. It is safe to say, you will have no shortage of variety in your role. The primary focus of this role will be making and receiving phone calls from both service professionals and consumers. Through using a number of internal and external tools, you’ll be responsible for not only educating and setting expectations for the people who use Bidvine but helping them get the most out of the platform. We strive for complete alignment in driving positive outcomes - your success in this role will be evaluated by the success of the people that you work with. Must haves: technology-oriented data-driven experiencing selling a product/service/idea in the UK native English speaker self-motivated and results-driven love start-ups and understand the challenges and demands of a fast-moving, ever-changing business ability to prioritise on the fly strong detail orientation understanding of what it means to go the extra mile for a customer, colleague or partner smart in all senses of the word empathy, resilience, patience, energy experience in delivering on a target Please note, due to the Coronavirus, we will require candidates that have the ability to work from home as required (with a company-provided laptop). While we typically work from our office, a situation may arise where you will be required to work from home. Nice to haves: Experience working in trade or small family business: you built sheds in the summer, past landscaping job, photography on the side, your mom has a tutoring business, something… Experience in a customer support/service or sales role Experience wearing fancy dress Salary: £30,000 OTE
