If you feel you have these skills to be a Sales Advisor then please read on Sales Advisor Role: £18k - £22K (OTE £50K) Full time Permanent Cardiff Bay Start Date 24th March 2020 Mon - Fri 9-5:30pm (x3 shifts) 11-8pm (x2 shifts) Sat 10-2 (1 in 2) Responsibilities for a Sales Advisor Working with the UK's leading comparison website and broker for Private Health Insurance, Income Protection and Life Insurance products Offer great customer service through your knowledge of the marketplace and offer the best policy for your customer's needs. The role requires individuals that are self-motivated, used to achieving challenging targets and managing customer expectations throughout the lifetime of their policy Demonstrating exceptional sales ability, building relationships and rapport whilst carrying out detailed fact finds to uncover customer's demands and needs Responsible for making high quality calls to customers who have previously enquired online for Income Protection, Life Insurance and Private Medical Insurance policies Making warm outbound calls Have a high regard for compliance with in a FCA regulated business and adhering to all legislation and regulatory guidelines Key skills required for a Sales Advisor Sales experience is essential for this role, either face to face or phone based sales A driven individual that works well in a fast paced, targeted environment Confident with objection handling The ability to ask great questions to ensure this has a consultative approach Benefits package for Sales Advisor Free Parking Good location with excellent transport links 30 days holiday per year Opportunities to develop within the business Full ongoing training will be provided If you are interested in this role apply today for this great opportunity as a Sales Advisor, assessments are taking place on Wednesday 11th March so don't delay redCF (Red Recruitment Agency)
