Department: External Sales Area: South/Central Reports to: Regional Sales Manager & Sales Director Postcodes: BH, GU, PO, RG, SO, SN, SP Primary Responsibilities: Achieve Area Sales Forecasted Targets High quality wiring and electrical accessories Plan, forecast, report on sales, business performance to company requirements Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact toward achieving business aims - especially managing personal time and productivity Plan and manage Customer Portfolio/ area to agreed strategy Delivery of commercial policy arrangements and gain signed agreement from our wholesaler network. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate sales methods to optimise business growth and satisfaction Respond and follow up sales enquiries Successfully launch new product ranges into the market to meet company strategy and sales expectations. Deliver upon promotional activity along with responsibility for selling graded product prior to stock take Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information Adhere to company policies and procedures Exceeding the expectation and needs of our customer Liaising effectively with all internal departments Ensuring site compliancy by visiting developer’s sites and inspecting product installed (if applicable to Geographic’s) We are looking for applicant who have: An experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales/business development into the Electrical Wholesalers & Contractors Sector.
