The role The company are recruiting for a Resident Lettings Executive to join their development in York city centre working from their on-site showroom. You will also work across the city driving the brand awareness increasing sales and lettings of student accommodation. The aim is to achieve 100% occupancy within the accommodation portfolio for the forthcoming year. The accommodation is at the very high end of student accommodation and is unrivalled in its offering. The developments are fully serviced with high spec finishes. They include concierge, cinema rooms, gyms, bars, restaurant, café, lounge area, study areas and rooms that include ensuites and kitchens. The package On offer is a basic salary £24k with the opportunity to earn between £35-40k OTE plus many more company related benefits. Role requirements Qualifications: Ideally university degree or the equivalent. Experience: Promotions/ Sales, Marketing, customer service experience would be beneficial. Knowledge of the area and more important is the personal attributes of the candidate outlined below. Communication: Must be confident and possess strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner. A personable character is essential as well as the ability to build relationships quickly - face to face. The ability to speak another language would be desirable. Workload Management and Approach: Must be able to work independently. Must be organized and methodical in approach and also be flexible. Professionalism and Commitment: Punctual and approachable in appearance. Reliable and can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic. Must be motivated by making sales and increasing earnings as well as achieving targets
