Overview
Do you have a flair/passion for historical buildings/architecture? Do you have a background in Project Estimation? Our client is a family run business, based close to Chelmsford in Essex who specialise in projects within historical and listed buildings. Due to expansion, they are looking to add to their Projects team and require a candidate who has the following background: Prepare & evaluate estimates using Excel & Word Record & follow up submitted estimates and provide feedback Gather, evaluate and inform clients regarding trends & buying actions Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events and other functions as required Develop & maintain positive relationships with new & existing clients This position will be office based with the need to attend project/site meetings as required thus own transport is essential. We are looking at a starting salary of between £25,000 to £28,000 but will be guided by experience.
