Overview
Page Personnel are partnering with a large contact centre who have recently won a new contract, we are looking for talented and experienced contact centre agents to build relationships with their clients and support with a wide range of quotations. This role is a sales based role but will be working with customers who have already expressed an interest in the product. Client Details This business are a small business who have expanded massively over the past 5 years and have a modern and diverse work environment, this company are not your typical contact centre, they do not work on quantity, its all about the quality and the customer experience. Description Key responsibilities for this Sales Agent will be; Contacting customers who have recently purchased their car insurance and finalising the sale Taking incoming calls from prospective customers who are enquiring about a quotation received online Contacting customers who have submitted their details online regarding insurance Managing both outbound and inbound calls Delivering excellent customer service on every call received Advising on a wide range of products to find the best solution for each client General administration and information sharing within the teams Working towards KPI's Profile The desired candidate for this role must match the following criteria; Sales experience and a desire to work in a telephone sales environment Excellent customer service Experience working in a contact centre based role and keen to develop their skills in a new business Able to work in an FCA regulated environment Confident, helpful and personable character Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone -Please note only candidates with experience working in Sales / Contact centre will be considered for this role- Job Offer This role is offering; Excellent progression prospects - 85% of managers internally have started in this role 4 Weeks initial training will be provided and regular ongoing training Options for internal moves (down the line options will be open to move into Finance, Marketing, Sales, Management, Operational, Resource planning, HR, Training & Development and all other departments) Working patterns no earlier than 9am starts and no later thank 7pm finishes (EG: 9-5,10-6,11-7) Entitlement to all company benefits such as employee discounts, health care, discounted travel and car parking Starting salary £18150 with a monthly bonus of £125 - KPI's based around customer experience NOT sales.
