Overview
Search Consultancy are working with one of Liverpool's fastest growing and successful companies to recruit for Outbound Sales Advisors. We are looking for professionals who will deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer care via the telephone and email. Our client is a fast-paced business who are on the lookout for money motivated salespeople to join their rapidly expanding telesales team. Duties include: Outbound calling to new and existing customers Matching the customer's needs Familiar with Sales Structure Demonstrate positive and professional attitude/behaviour at all times Promoting our client's brand, products and services Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance Manage own performance, willingness to learn Essential Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours: Experience of persuading, convincing and influencing, whilst maintaining customer service Ability to question the customer effectively to understand their needs; Polite and attentive telephone manner; must be able to build rapport and offer a fantastic customer service experience Assertiveness that achieves a win/win situation; The desire and potential to work under pressure in a competitive and fast paced environment Experience: One-year continuous sales experience Preferably in a contact centre environment Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues Must be Computer Literate and have managed multiple systems at a time Salary & Benefits: Salary of up to £22,000 with an Uncapped bonus structure - benefits package and fantastic rewards & recognition Comprehensive 2 week 'Telesales Induction Programme' with premier sales training from inside and outside trainers Top performers earning over £45,000 per annum Great personal development & ongoing training live Early finishes on Fridays and no weekend work Opportunity to become a Top performer with senior title & pay increase Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
