Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to begin their career in an office environment. There will be a lot of training given. Hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Duties include: Working on a CRM system, training can be given Processing Enquiries for sales team Obtaining quotes from suppliers, both in the UK and China Requesting drawings and samples for products being quoted Raising costing sheets using excel, ideally you will have good Excel skills Raising quotations Completing internal excel sheets for new items ordered for internal sales team General typing and filing Annual archiving This person would be working closely with all suppliers, sales team and internal teams so you need to be confident over the phones.
