PROPERTY MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL LEASEHOLD BLOCKS … Experienced block manager property manager to join growing surveyors and property managers in Hammersmith. This company is well-known for having a really friendly team of property managers dealing with a portfolio of residential blocks that are largely within 2-3 miles of the office. Your portfolio will include a range of well-managed residential blocks with perhaps a few Victorian conversions which will largely be within easy reach of the office. As clients are mainly freeholder owned blocks, there tends to be only the occasional out of hours meeting. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced property manager who likes the idea of joining a well-established and independent "premium" block management company. Duties include: Ensuring apartment blocks are properly maintained Negotiating contracts and supervision of contractors Dealing with leaseholder enquiries, emails and correspondence Preparing service charge budgets for your portfolio Liaising with and instructing surveyors Overseeing section 20 and major works Arranging of insurance polices Health & Safety issues To apply for this particular property manager role, or if you are looking to further your career within residential block management then please contact us as soon as you can Acme Appointments specialise in Block Management and Property Management Recruitment.
