Overview
This role offers an excellent basic of up to £30,000 basic DOE uncapped commission. We are looking to speak with sales professionals that are 'passionate’ , 'money motivated’ and those that would like to take full advantage of the 'uncapped commission’ that this role offers. Role: Business Development Manager - Telecoms Location : Office Stoke - Territory UK Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic Uncapped Commission car Our Client is a vastly experienced communications specialists operating within the SME / Corporate enterprise arenas. Delivering across the Business Mobile, Data Connectivity, and Unified Communications areas they deliver 'Best in Class' solutions to their valued clients. Duties Include: Generate new business Developing Sales Team Hit sales and performance targets through outbound B2B calling Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Pipeline management Attending networking events Account management of existing/new customers About you: Previous successful BDM experience Money motivated and wants to take advantage of UNCAPPED commission Excellent communication and listening skills Highly experienced in generating new business Essential experience/knowledge within; o Connectivity o Network Solutions o Fixed Line o Mobile o Complete Communication Solutions o Infrastructure Implementation Benefits such as; Great OTE Earnings Company Car Great progression opportunities Potential to grow a sales team A fantastic commission structure
