The Job Relationship Manager, Estate Agency Whetstone, London Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm £40,000 per annum basic salary With an end of year discretionary bonus' on top The Company Well-established Real Estate finance company Based in North London, with over 20 years' experience all over Europe Specialising in investment and development finance for residential and commercial, bridge finance and mezzanine finance Built up comprehensive global links with high street banks, international banks, private banks and boutique lenders The Role Identifying opportunities to grow the revenue of the company via telemarketing, referrals and attending networking events Creating and maintaining a portfolio of Real Estate clients through promoting and delivering the company's philosophy Completing due diligence over new potential clients and preparing meetings Negotiating with clients and valuers and achieving optimal results Liaising with lenders to win transaction business Preparing a quarterly business plan, covering relevant goals and objectives Our clients require someone with the confidence and enthusiasm to build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients, who has exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You should be highly organised, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and have very good problem solving skills. Proven successful experience within property lending is essential, as well as proficient Microsoft Office knowledge.
