Overview
OSR recruitment are proud to be working alongside a regional retail company to support them in finding a new Sales Assistant to join their team. This position is on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in their Norwich store. SALARY, BENEFITS & OTHER DETAILS The salary for this role is minimum wage however can increase with length of service You will be required to work over 5/7 days (40 hours) including both Saturdays and Sundays Based in the Norwich store (outskirts of city centre), car parking available DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Placing customer orders via the in-house system Dealing with customer enquiries Discussing product details with customers Booking in and out stock Dealing with paperwork and keeping documents up to date Assisting with displays Helping the warehouse team Key-holding responsibilities REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong background in customer service / retail roles Someone who is looking for a career in retail Friendly, outgoing, has a willing to learn and hard working Must like dogs If you are interested in this opportunity then please send your CV to to apply or if you want to find out more about this position then feel free to call on .
