Due to expansion they are looking for to recruit a Block Manager. They are different to other block managers. Their focus is leaseholders and they strive to provide an efficient and effective service, keeping fees as low as possible while still delivering outstanding management for the sites. Proud to freely display their views on feedback and they have had huge company growth since 2012 The Position Managing developments/blocks under company's portfolio Financial management of such premises Supervising contractors working on behalf of the company Liaising with clients within the portfolio Attending meetings Conducting site visits Could this role be for you? The candidate will ideally have experience of property management (either block or lettings) and be keen to extend their experience and be ready for new challenges Why apply?
