Overview
TWX are representing a privately-owned waste management & recycling company in their search for a talented Internal Sales/Business Development Executive. You will be selling a secure shredding service that every business needs and you will win contracts by providing a quality service at the very best price. We are looking for someone with a proven background of winning new business in a telesales environment, ideally in a waste management/shredding organisation. You must be tenacious in your approach, be able to identify new leads and carry out your calls in a professional manner. You will receive support and guidance from some of the best people in the sector to give you the very best chance of making the role a success, and there is a fast-track to be an External Business Development Manager within 12 months if you do well. For the right candidate, there is a good base salary on offer which you can potentially double with commissions (OTE £40,000).
