Overview
An award-winning, brand engagement specialist has an exciting opportunity for a B2B Sales Executive to join their team on a part-time basis based in Otley. They work solely with businesses in order to increase the success and output of their offline brand engagement, for clients, staff and prospects. Winners of 6 awards, and delivering into 20 countries, they work across all sectors and with companies of different sizes and disciplines. The team are based in Yorkshire and have strong ties to the location and networks within the area. About the role: As their Sales Executive, you will be responsible for successfully building relationships with prospects and clients, whilst getting to know their needs and requirements for their company and teams they serve. You are expected to leave no stone unturned and to have a genuine interest in what you can do to implement a better strategy and solution to the clients and prospects you will work with and meet. This will require a dedicated individual with the intention to move to a full-time position within 6 months. Responsibilities: Managing and setting your own calendar and schedule in accordance to your KPI's Efficiently processing high volumes of sales quotations, enquiries, tenders & orders Documenting and developing systems to improve the efficiency of processes Developing, implementing and monitoring monthly KPIs and business targets Assessing leads, prioritising and ensuring the most important are followed up first Being polite, courteous and helpful towards customers, building good relationships whilst maximising profitability Maintaining, managing and completing all supply chain stages and internal processing of actions, at all times, and within the time requirements of the business Increasing sales revenue in accordance with the business targets and exceed market expectations Producing and prepare all presentation and reports required for customer meetings About you: Degree level or comparative experience with A level qualifications or similar Proven B2B sales and business development experience (essential) Experience of managing UK and International accounts, with single orders of £10k per order (essential) Industry knowledge of supply chain and experience within B2B market Experience dealing and managing supply chain processes Proven sales / customer engagement and management experience (essential) Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and an ability to manage change and be flexible with demands Fully proficient in spoken and written English language. Astute so able to assess profitability, prioritise and manage operational processes Intelligent and able to learn quickly Articulate use of language with high levels of literacy. Conscientious and hardworking Experience of CRM systems, accounting software and operational systems Confident and a good listener who can consult widely and manages an entire project start to end. IT literate and has extensive experience of Office 365 and multiple software technologies Capable of managing own time and happy to travel with work, which may sometimes include weekends Benefits: £25,000 - £30,000 Pro-rata Bonus / Commission Free lunches Flexible hours On-site free parking Hours: Part-Time - 20 hours per week, progressing to Full-Time position (40 hours per week) after 3-6 months, for the right candidate Sounds interesting?
