For this reason, L&D works as a small lean consultative team, and partners with both Business and HR leaders to scale individual and team development across the region.To support this mission, we are hiring a Senior Learning Partner, to be based in London. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, International, The unique purpose of this individual contributor role is to understand, anticipate and prioritize the development needs of the business (in the areas of culture, leadership and team development), bringing the best of what Global L&D has to offer to the International business in a coordinated fashion. **Required Skills:** 1. Deliver clear learning strategies. Consult on the needs of business with leaders, supported by key cross functional partners (HRBPs, Diversity Business Partners, other learning organizations, etc.) to diagnose organization, leadership, team, site & individual needs and create clear learning roadmaps that include the most relevant programs, resources and plans to address the most critical leaders and teams to develop. 2. Measure success, using data to provide insights and influence key stakeholders. Partner with the relevant analytics teams and business to conduct needs assessment and diagnose transfer of learning to provide redesign insights. 3. Drive change management by co-creating (w/ L&D central design teams, cross functional partners and the business) and executing thoughtful go-to-market plans for new solutions, bringing the right stakeholders along, being an active champion of our content, consulting on how to embed content, models, frameworks and language into the day to day of the business and driving a steady drumbeat of communication to reinforce messaging 4. Diagnose, design and deliver facilitated team effectiveness development, focusing on the most critical leaders in the most strategic moments that matter 5. Help leaders, managers and teams understand their role in fostering the health of their team and what self-solve tools and resources they can pull on 6. Partner with both the Global and International L&D team to execute on the L&D strategy and vision. Be the connective tissue between L&D and the business 7. Provide insights from the business to influence L&D priorities + design, development, implementation and optimization of our programs and actively contribute to design and development effort 8. Design/Lead/Execute/Report on key Org Design and Cultural Transformation initiatives in International in partnership with Leaders and HRBPs. 9. Serve as a thought leader in Org Design, Cultural Transformation, Complex multi matrix multi national organisations. Develop and support members of the international L&D team to upskill **Minimum Qualifications:** 10. Experience of working successfully in a highly matrixed multinational organisation 11. A solid and proven track record in strategic learning/organizational design/development and implementation 12. Proven expertise in creating and sustaining impact-focused relationships with senior leaders / internal stakeholders (including coaching, contracting, influencing and presenting) 13. An exceptional record at leading successful Culture transformation across diverse international geographies 14. Demonstrated expertise at leading/designing/executing Org Design initiatives. Experience at HRBP/L&D transformation would be an advantage 15. Experienced in Intact team development, including diagnosis, coaching, consultation, design and facilitation 16.
